Equinox and SoulCycle should have known better. 🤨
Spend money with or for Trump, and lose your voting majority customers. That shouldn’t be hard to understand, but for some reason, Trump supporters believe 304 “electoral college” votes suddenly means “love for Trump”. We, the voting majority, soundly reject Trump and all that he represents:
- child rape,
- child sex trafficking,
- money laundering,
- tax fraud and fake business declarations,
- white nationalism, pro-nazism and pro-confederacy (NOT EVEN CLOSE to being “fine people”, including among garbage),
- adultery with love child hiding in plain sight (Deutsche Bank), while stomping at the release of his Deutsche Bank records as if he’s a king that we all should bow to, and
- #TaxCutsAndJobsAct FRAUD!
The backlash also captured the attention of #GrabYourWallet founder Shannon Coulter, who runs a list of Trump-associated brands to boycott, tweeted: “This Friday the SoulCycle and Equinox Fitness chairman is throwing a fundraising lunch for Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign.
…
Even Dolphins players were among those expressing their disappointment with Ross. On Twitter, wide receiver Kenny Stills shared a screenshot of the mission statement of Ross’s nonprofit RISE, which describes itself as a “national non-profit that educates and empowers the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice and improve race relations”.
Stills captioned the photo: “You can’t have a non-profit with this mission statement then open your doors to Trump.”
